Daily Bible Verses & Prayers

Our Father, The Lord God in our midst, it is with great joy and overwhelming delight that we come before you. You, oh Lord, are good, and good is who you are. Thank You for being our mighty warrior and saving us. You never fail to save us. We will forever testify of how every time the enemy comes in like a flood, You always lift up a standard against him. And while we are thankful for the salvation you provide, we are also thankful that You delight over us, and rejoice over us with gladness and singing; so, thank You, Father. In Jesus' name, we pray, amen.

Our Father, we acknowledge and honor You in all Your Holiness, Power, and Might. Your sovereign rule over the affairs of man is more than reassuring to us who know you and believe that all things are working according to Your eternal purpose. Father, thank You for Your every act of love and kindness towards us, especially those acts which we have received and experienced in the salvation of our souls. Because of the grace given unto us in Jesus Christ, we can rest assured that we will not come behind in any gift as we wait for the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. We are truly enriched in everything in Jesus Christ, in all speech we are empowered by the spiritual gifts, and in all knowledge with insight into the faith. Father, thank You for every grace gift, and blessing that You have given unto us. Holy Spirit, as we commit and submit to walking in the Spirit, help us to experience the reality of our inheritance in Jesus Christ, especially the reality of this gift of grace. In Jesus' Name, we pray, amen.

Prayer: Our Father, with our hearts overflowing with thanksgiving and our mouths filled with praise, we extol and revere you. Clothed in the righteousness of Jesus Christ, Your only begotten Son, and filled with Your Spirit, we bless and continually praise You. Father, while it is apparent that suffering is a present reality in this world, we are blessed to know, and believe, that whatever we may have to go through now is less than nothing compared to the glory that shall be revealed in us; and though our eyes have not seen, our ears have not heard, neither has it entered into our hearts all that you have prepared for us, we are so thankful for the Holy Spirit who is continuously revealing and recalling all things unto us. In Jesus' name, we pray, amen.

Father, as I meditate on 2 Corinthians 5:17, I am in awe of Your creative power. Sure, Your creative power in nature is amazing, but nothing compares to Your creative power You wrought upon the heart of man. Just to think that by Your Spirit, You took me, one born in sin and shaped in iniquity, and created me anew is remarkable. Born from above, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but born of You, Oh Lord. Not by might, nor by power, but by Your Spirit, oh Lord, You created me a new creature; and then You clothed me in the righteousness of Your only begotten Son, Jesus, the Christ, and if that wasn’t enough, You sanctified me with Your truth, filled me with Your Spirit, endowed me with power, and gave me eternal life. I am eternally grateful. Today, and every day, I can, and do, boldly proclaim that I am a new creation in Christ Jesus, old things have passed away, and behold, all things have become new. Lord, I shall never die, but I shall forever live and purposefully declare Your glory in the land of the living, so that men may see and give you the glory. This, and every prayer, I pray in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Son of the living God, Savior of the whole world, amen.

Heavenly Father, we reverence You and give You praise. Glorious and marvelous are the works of Your hand. We are so thankful that You, in Your infinite wisdom, used the Law as a tool to bring us to faith in Christ Jesus. Through His death and resurrection, we have been redeemed from the curse of the law and all its consequences. Thank You, Lord Jesus, for Your obedience, even unto death. Your willingness to become a curse for us so that we may be redeemed is beyond our finite understanding. We will never truly comprehend all that you experienced in freeing us from the law and obtaining for us eternal redemption, but we are truly grateful. You became a curse for us that the blessing of Abraham would come upon us; and while we can never repay you for what You did, we want you to know that we are fully committed to the cause; and we shall continue to spread the gospel and to live a life that is worthy of our calling.
In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen!

Our Father, we honor and prostrate ourselves before You as we worship You in Spirit and in truth, for You alone are God, and You alone are worthy of our worship. You are Eternal, immortal, and invisible. You are transcendent, but yet Father, You are so near, and we praise You. Your love, mercy, and generosity towards us is so far beyond what we deserve, but we are nonetheless thankful. Now, Father, our prayer request today is that You will continually fill us with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom. Grace, us to experience insight into Your eternal purpose and understanding of spiritual things, so that we may walk worthy of our calling, that is, that we may live a life of holiness, displaying an admirable character, moral courage, and personal integrity, bearing fruit in every good work, growing in an intimate knowledge of who You are, and strengthened with all might, according to Your glorious power.
In Jesus' Name we pray, amen!

Father, The high and exalted One who lives forever, and whose name is holy, may You be praised forever. You, Oh LORD, are from everlasting to everlasting and Your throne is established from of old. You are “The True God”, “The living God,” the One who rules and reigns forever.
Father, although proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, Your only begotten Son, brings a certain degree of various trials, troubles, tribulation, and persecution, we are grateful that You chose us, sanctified us, and counted us worthy to proclaim, both in word and deed, the gospel Christ. We, like the Apostle Paul, are not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for we know, and do believe, it is Your way of bringing the souls of men into salvation. So, Father, thank You for counting us worthy to proclaim the gospel of Christ, as well as to suffer for the cause. May we never be timid, or afraid to proclaim Christ and make Him known to the world; instead, may we be bold as a lion and harmless as a dove in our proclamation; knowing that if we suffer with You, we shall reign with You; furthermore, when we are weak, then am I made strong. Lastly, Father, when all has been said and done, we know in whom we have believed, and we are fully persuaded that he (You) are able to keep that which we have committed unto You.
In the Mighty Name of Jesus, amen.

Our Father, we thank you for giving us access to come boldly before your throne of grace that we may make our petitions and request known unto you. And while we know that asking in faith, without wavering is the requirement for receiving, we sometimes fall short of this; therefore, grace us with greater grace that we may receive what we are requesting. Grace, us to never again be double-minded or waiver in our faith.
In Jesus' name, we pray, amen.

Father, in the name of Jesus, Your only begotten Son, we come before Your throne of grace, boldly, and in great faith, knowing that whatsoever we ask according to your will, we have. We are so thankful for Your Word that assures us that You have given us power and authority over all the power of the enemy. Knowing and applying this truth in our lives is a powerful weapon against the enemy. There truly is no defeat for us, only victory, even in death. So, thank You, Father, thank You for not allowing the enemy to triumph over us.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray, amen.

Our Father in Heaven, hallowed be Your name forever and ever; Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and you are exalted as head above all. Father, with so many practicing the traditions of men and ceremonial laws for the purpose of being cleansed, it is such a blessing to know and experience true cleansing in Christ Jesus. Having our hearts washed in the blood of Jesus Christ, and our conscience purged from dead works to serve You, the living God, has graced us not only to be pure but to receive and perceive all things pure. We know that nothing in Your creation is impure or evil, but that evil and impurity are within the hearts of men. So, thank You, Father, for justifying us, sanctifying us, and purifying our hearts by faith and forming within them the true principles of grace and holiness. May we forever embrace this truth so that we may never again be entangled with the yoke of bondage that is brought about by our trusting in, and attempting to keep the traditions of men and ceremonial laws;
In Jesus' name, we pray, amen.

Prayer: Our Father, eternal, immortal, and invincible, the only Wise God, may Your name be praised forever. From everlasting to everlasting, You, oh Lord, are God. All the gods of the nations are but idols, but You, Oh God, are the only true and living God, and we shall forever praise You. Father, as it was in the days of old, even so, it is today; many profess to know You, but their unholy deeds and their lifestyle doesn’t reflect that they have a genuine relationship with You; however, It has, and always will be our desire to walk worthy of our calling, therefore, grace us with greater grace to live a life that honors and obeys you. Grace us with greater grace to live a sanctified and consecrated life. Grace us with greater grace to not just be hearers of Your word, but doers also. Lastly, Father, we know that our obedience to You is a direct reflection of our love for You, therefore grace us with a willing and obedient spirit.
In Jesus' name, we pray, amen.

For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven. {Psalm 119:89}
